5-Year Guarantee
The Hourglass is backed by a 5-Year Guarantee against workmanship, materials and manufacturer’s defects. Any defective parts will be replaced at no charge. No refunds will be allowed after 1 year from date of purchase.
Limitations and Exclusions:
Any damaged or broken parts caused by abuse or abnormal use and wear other than stated in the instruction manual.
Any parts that have been damaged from excess heat including running through the dishwasher.
Gaskets are not covered under the 5-year guarantee. Gaskets are covered for 1 year and may be returned for replacement parts if found to be defective.
Return/Refund Policy:
The customer may return the product or products purchased from Hourglass Coffee within 30 days of purchase for a refund subject to the requirements below and/or Limitations and Exclusions. All merchandise must be returned to Hourglass Coffee for inspection prior to issuance of any refund and must meet the following eligibility requirements.
Proof of purchase: Receipt or Transaction Document
Must be in the original box and include ALL parts and pieces
Refunds will be calculated on the original cost of the product minus a 15% restocking fee.
Buyer will be refunded original shipping and handling costs
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise
Please allow 4-6 weeks to process refunds.
Shipping Damage:
Shipping and handling damages will be resolved by Hourglass Coffee and/or through the shipping company responsible for delivery. Please notify us on any damage immediately and be certain to retain all original packaging for inspection. Claims for damages, shortages or non-conforming goods must be filed with Hourglass Coffee within seven (7) days after shipping.
